to the Sea Dogs online merchandise store – the
electronic version of our store located at Hadlock Field in Portland, Maine.
How to Shop:
- Once you have
entered the online "merchandise" store
in the Sea Dogs Website, from the menu list located at the top of the screen.
- Once you have selected the type of item you are looking for, click on
the picture of the item that interests you.
- Upon clicking on the item, a larger view of the item will appear that
will contain the description of the item. If you wish to purchase the item click "Add
to Cart." If the item does not interest you, click the "Back" button
at the top of your computer screen to go back to the previous screen or select
a different category on the menu list located at the top of the
screen.
- If you are ready to buy the item you have placed in your cart, click "Check
Out." If you wish to buy another item from the Team Merchandise Store,
select a new category from the menu list on the left side and continue shopping.
When you are ready to purchase the item from the "Check Out" page
you have two options, if you plan on purchasing items from this sight in the
future, you may decide to "Create New Account" or you can
simply select "Place Order Without Account".
Shipping Information:
All orders will be filled within two (2) business days (with the exception of Holidays) direct from the Sea Dogs Souvenir Shoppe located at Hadlock Field in Portland, Maine. All orders are shipped via US Priority Mail and should arrive within 3-5 days of being processed. International orders will not be processed until the purchaser contacts john@seadogs.com for additional shipping cost information.
For our customer’s
protection and for the protection of the Sea Dogs, we will only ship to Card
Holder Billing Address.
No refunds will be given on internet orders.

Frequently Asked Questions:
How can I change the quantity of an item that I want to buy?
If
upon reviewing your final order you find that the quantity that you want to
buy is incorrect, simply click the "Basket Contents" button
located at the top of the page and then type in the correct quantity you want.
Then, click "Update" to submit your change. You can now proceed
to Checkout (located top right of page).
How do I get an item out of my shopping cart?
If you wish to cancel the
item you have put in your cart and buy something else, click "Remove" (located
at the far left of page). To return to the store and continue shopping, select
a new merchandise category from the menu list on the left side of the screen.
How do I change an order after it has been placed?

hours (M-F 10am – 4pm EST)
Is the merchandise sold online the same as the merchandise sold
in the Sea Dogs Souvenir Shoppe located at Hadlock Field?
Yes.
The items that are sold online are the same items that are sold in the physical
store at Hadlock Field, but there is much more available at the Field! The
Sea Dogs Souvenir Shoppe is open year-round, Monday thru Friday 10am – 5pm
and holds special hours during the holidays.
