CONSIGNMENT SALES

If you have items you'd like to sell on eBay, but lack the time or experience to do it, SkilTech can do it for you!

Here's how it works:

1. PICK UP - We'll pick up your item at your location (or in the case of automobiles, boats, motorcycles, appliances, etc. we'll come to your location to photograph the item). Pickup is available within a 30-mile radius of Newark, Delaware.

2. WE CREATE LISTING - Our professionals will evaluate your item to help you determine a realistic selling value. We then research your item to ensure it's listed in the proper category, and uses the keywords that will help potential buyers locate it. We'll then write a description that includes the information needed to maximize your item's selling potential, and list the item on eBay for you. We'll monitor the item's progress throughout the auction process and answer any questions posed by potential bidders. If your item doesn't sell the first time it's listed, we'll relist it a second time at no additional charge to you. If the relisted doesn't sell, we can return your item or donate it to charity.

3. PACK AND SHIP - When the item sells, we process payment from the buyer and carefully package and ship the item to them.

4. PAYDAY FOR YOU! - We'll send you a check within 14 days after payment has been received. Your only responsibility is to cash your check!

What Sells :

There are all sorts of items which sell quickly and generate a high return on eBay. Among them are Antiques and Collectibles, Cameras, Computer Hardware and Software, Clothing, Coins, Electronics, Furniture, Jewelry, Musical Instruments, Sporting Goods, Stamps, Vehicles (including part and accessories), and lots more! Items that don't fall into these categories may also sell well, especially those which are rare and of high quality. Please note that we can only accept items with an estimated auction value of $25 or more.

What Can't Be Sold :

eBay restricts the sale of certain items, and we must abide by their terms. To view a list of Restricted, Prohibited, and Questionable items, click here.

Our fees :

SkilTech charges a flat $2.00 per item fee for picking up your item, and the time required to research, photograph, and professionally list it on eBay. Motor vehicle, boat and real estate fees are higher. Please contact us for details.

SkilTech Commission: Our commission rates are lower than the major franchise consignment stores. We charge 28% of the first $200, and 20% of the remaining amount over $200, with a minimum $5.00 commission per item.

eBay Fees : We'll pay the eBay Listing and Final Value fees! Our competitors charge as much as 5.25% of the closing value in addition to their commission.

Shipping and Handling: Shipping and handling charges are paid by the buyer.
