After nearly ten years on the road, I was starting to accumulate too many boxes of minor league pictures. This is a way of sharing them. I hope fans of minor league baseball in general, and the Philadelphia Phillies in particular, will enjoy these photos. Some of them were intended to appear on baseball cards and, in some cases, they did. Others were rejected as cards for one reason or another. Although some GMs like conventional action shots, I prefer to personalize the players as much as I can - both in words and images.

To make this into more of a scrapbook, I've divided these shots by years and teams. Some of the players were released not long after these shots were taken. Others will be names you're familiar with from daily game reports and news stories. It's my hope that these pictures will help transform the players into more than just a bunch of names in a box score.
